For more than a decade, Robert has trained chief executives, chairmen, directors and managers, including more than a thousand spokespeople for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the Department for International Development and the British Council.
He has trained the executive management team of the Olympic Delivery Authority for London 2012 and executives at BT, British Airways, FedEx, SAP, Orange, Oracle and SITA. Since 2008, he has been the leading media trainer of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
Early in 2013, Robert travelled to the Falklands to train the Islands’ entire legislative assembly in the weeks leading up to the sovereignty referendum.
He began his career as a TV executive in Asia, then became a columnist for the International Herald Tribune and a communications advisor. He writes columns for the American Spectator.
