Jac is a qualified drama therapist and freelance organisational consultant. She has over 30 years' experience of working with a multitude of organisations and diverse group of clients. She provides executive coaching for organisational leaders and directors, working with teams to reflect on organisational behaviour and to deepen understanding of group dynamics in order to improve team working.
She designs and implements training programmes for a wide variety of training providers and specialises in Leadership and Emotionally Intelligent management practices. More recently she has created an Embodied Leadership Model and is currently running a major leadership development programme with Senior Civil Servants.
Jac co-designed the first accredited counselling course for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder in the UK and has been involved in a two-year research project at Brighton University investigating the Impact of Resilient Therapy with children and families with a complexity of needs.
Her creative arts company was the first to win a Dance Umbrella Award for its innovative piece - "Banda Banda" - which was devised with people with learning disabilities and performed at ICA London.
Jac’s recent clients include the UK Mission & UN in Geneva, the NHS, Local & National Government, Hiscox Insurance, the Universities of Sussex and Brighton, the Institute of Employment Studies and HM Prison Services.
Jac has an MA in Organisational Consultancy from the Tavistock Clinic, London.
